Joseph Baker

Harvard Rower

Joseph Baker is a rower for Harvard University and previously rowed for Saint Andrew’s, Delaware and Montgomery Bell Academy. He started rowing during his sophomore year of high school, but found access to college recruitment due to his ergometer scores. Joseph never raced for a Junior National Team, and thus used a blueprint of maximizing grades, SAT scores, and erg prs to ensure a path to the next level of sport.

Joseph has meticulously studied the recruiting process and has the most up to date knowledge of the current field. He feels passionately about sharing his knowledge in this field in order to help athletes attend their dream schools.

Zach Vlahos

2012 Olympic Rower

Zach Vlahos is a Olympic coxswain and accomplished rowing coach who has had a significant impact on the rowing community. A former coxswain for the University of California, Berkeley, Zach led his team to numerous victories, including an IRA National Championship. His success on the water extended to the global stage, where he represented the United States in the Men’s Eight at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.

After his competitive rowing career, Zach transitioned into coaching, sharing his expertise and leadership with the next generation of athletes at Georgetown University. As well as coaching for Georgetown, Coach Vlahos was involved with their recruiting process - understanding both the physical and athletic aspects of recruiting. Zach continues to be a respected figure in the sport and rowing community.
